Ive been using Cpap for atleast 3-4 years now and never really had a problem. But for the last 2 weeks when i put my mask on (Nasal) and try to sleep i cough thru out the night (pretty harshly) like i am choking or something. None of the settings were switched i don't have a cold or any problems that are noticiable. I have the ResMed AirSense with the humidifyer. I would try to turn down the pressure but i don't think i can do that on my end.. Or maybe i can?
any help would be appreciated.

If everything has been working for 3-4 years, I wouldn't mess with the settings (although it is easy to do). You should get checked for COVID. Coughing is sometimes a symptom

I agree with LSAT. Leave the pressure settings alone for now and get a COVID test.
You might, however, try increasing the humidity setting a little, to see whether that helps to make you more comfortable.
