Ok got it, thanks again.
The y-axis scaling I guess can overemphasise the magnitude of the numbers.

I've decided that I won't be pursuing PAP therapy any longer; this is mainly because PAP has uptil now made my sleep so much worse that I can't see it reversing that and improving on my old baseline sleep quality in just two months (after two months I'll hopefully be starting ortho treatment
for UARS). I figured it also may not be worth the large reduction in sleep quality for the next month or so just to get some improvement that would only be temporary anyways.

Thanks again, however, for all your help!!

Good luck to you. Wishing you all the best for your future procedure that will hopefully help resolve your issues.
UARS therapy is extremely difficult to fine tune and for some people the problems the therapy creates is actually worse than the problems UARS creates.
