Headgear riding up

Post by Kezzzza » Sun Jul 11, 2021 2:51 pm

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with headgear riding up so that it cuts into your ears, or over your ears. Im find this very painful and i often go to sleep kinda pulling the mask downwards.
I end up with a decent gap on top of my head from the head to the headgear.
Ive used several masks that this is happening with sleepweaver Anew, Resmed F20 large and medium and tried phillips dreamweaver but doesnt stay on my nose - i am a very restless sleeper and a heavy mouth breather so a full face mask if needed.
I primarily use the F20.
I do find marginally better if i put my hair in a ponytail throw the headgear but then in summer i breakout in a rash when i do that.
Has anyone had similar issues?
Thanks for any assistance/thoughts that may be out there..
