S90 WON'T TURN OFF HUMIDIFIER

Post by Jensmmunk » Tue Jun 29, 2021 7:52 pm

I have a recent problem. For years my humidifier showed a blue light. Now there is an orange light and the humidifier is warm. I tried turning back to blue with the knob, but it then goes back to heater.

The colored leds are automatic on your S9. (No zero)
They change back and forth as the heating element cycles on and off.
--All night long, as long as the humidifier is "ON".
As the innards get old, heating may take longer.
The thermostat should still regulate the temperature with no input from you.
What are the run hours on your S9?

With the machine off, select the water drop on the display, turn the knob to zero. It should stay off.
