leak using nasal pillow

Post by 1speechpick » Tue Jun 22, 2021 7:28 am

Hello everyone! My doctor has me trying the Resmed nasal pillow mask. I have chronic nasal congestion and allergies. While wearing CPAP during sleep (level 4, ERP 3), if I mouth breathe, will that show up at a "leak"?

Would the same be true for a nasal mask?

Yes, again.
As long as your mouth is wild and free, leaks can happen.
You can alleviate some of the congestion with breathe right strips.
