Dreamstation Therapy Hours Issue and SD Card

Hello ,

I've been having couple of problems with my machine. I'm not sure if these problems are related to each other or not.
First of all , my SD card didn't load the data after 04.04.2021 , a certain date. However , i could see my therapy info on the machine.

Thus , i formatted SD Card as FAT32 and checked if it was working on my computer. It was perfectly healthy and ready.
Then , i inserted in the machine and observed that some data was transferred real time again.
When i checked again on my laptop with windows 10 (inserting as locked) , i saw that , only some data from 04.04.2021 was there. I didn't have May and June data again.

On the other hand , there have been a wrong therapy hours issue for a while. It has been ridiculously high (14 - 16 hours) or low (2-6 hours) . I set time zone again. But still , there is a problem on therapy hour data.

So , i wonder , if anyone is having these kind of problems and would be so kind to help me for the solution.

Take the machine back to where you got it.
Somethings wrong with the machine on the reporting side of things...and it likely is subject to the other recall as well.
