Any SD card you buy with a capacity of 2 GB - 32 GB should come formatted as FAT32. I think the S9 has the same size requirement.

Today I spoke with a Resmed rep about a sd card for a Resmed S9 Autoset, and she said any sd card under 8 GB could be used.

Re: Any SD card
I asked about this recently, all I had on hand was a larger capacity SD card. GrumpyHere shared BlueDragon's advice to get it to work:
PS Thanks, Grumpy!
Disk Management did not give me the option to format as FAT32, but I was able to do it through the command line. I'm not real confident with computer stuff but I can follow directions if someone tells me what to do step by step, so I carefully followed the directions for Solution 5. Format Corrupted SD Card Using CMD on this page https://www.easeus.com/partition-master ... -card.html and it worked fine, I've been using the card several nights now.BlueDragon wrote: ↑

If I recall correctly, a ResMed machine will simply ignore a 64 GB card and write no data to the card.
The easiest solution is to delete the 64GB partition on the SD card, create a new 31GB partition, and format the partition as FAT-32. On Windows, you can do that from Disk Management.
Sure, you are giving up half the space on the card but it is never going to be used anyway on a CPAP machine. Even a 4GB card will hold years of data.
PS Thanks, Grumpy!

You too are helping by adding another layer of info on how to format the SD card.
