Help with DeVilbiss Sleepcube Pressure Pls

Post by Tbax75 » Sat May 22, 2021 2:34 am

Hello, I am new here and looking for advice re the 90th and 95th percentile results on my DeVilbiss Sleepcube please. I have been using it for most two years.
My pressure is set min 12 and max 20 (highest available pressure)
My 90th percentile is 19 and my 95th is 19.5.
I understand what the 90th and 95th numbers mean, but I wanted to ask if it’s concerning that the scores are so close to my max pressure?
Over 7 days they are 90th 16.5 and 95th 17.
Over 30 days 90th 16 and 16.5.
And over 90 days 90th 16 and 95th 16.5.
My average AHI over 90 days is 6.
I have been feeling more tired recently, and experiencing what I believe are hypoxia headaches, which I experienced frequently prior to CPAP.
I have lost 21 pounds over the last few months.
I take Pregabalin, Tramadol and Sertraline, due to Fibromyalgia and Anxiety.
Thank you very much for your help :D

First of all, the 90 and 95 #'s are UP to 90 + 95, not steadily AT them... so may actually even sit at much lower ones for some time before reaching those.

And I suggest you research "side effects' of those meds (esp. the Tramadol) to see what they say about sleep related effects, and if there are potential ones, talk to your doctor about changing them for others, or at least mitigating the effects with other things, possibly Melatonin. Your anxiety may get better if that happens. Your weight loss may have improved your AHI by a bit (21 lbs is not a huge loss, though a good one) but probably won't change your Cpap use much.
