I’m using the O2Ring nightly since August of 2021. It can’t quite do two nights on a charge anymore (unless I hardly sleep each night), but it has no problems doing a nap and long night of sleep - so I just make it part of my morning routine to plug it in. It is so easy to wear and upload.
I had a Contec 50D+ but haven’t had it out since I bought the O2Ring. It was too much trouble to upload. I think it is sitting in the closet, in case I ever need a spot check.
