Back sleeping, adjustable beds and cpap

Okie,
Take good care of that laminectomy. After suffering with back issues for years, I had that same procedure. It returned me to my old self in a matter of weeks. Then, a couple years later, I was at a stop sign when rear ended by an underage, uninsured idiot.......
In the months following, everything started to go south, to the point I am at now, forced into medical retirement. The only possible solution is for me, spinal fusion.....and I do not like the recovery odds for that surgery. So I’m playing it out with the cards I was dealt. Just please be careful!!
