I've had terrible customer service with them the last few purchases over the past year. Almost zero communication, lack of confirmation regarding my prescription on file, lack of a tracking #. IDK what it is but something has fallen off over there.
I had a concentrator delivered to my Grandma, no tracking # even though I asked for one by e-mail and telephone. It just showed up one day, separate from the accessories box (cannulas, pulse oximeter). I even wrote them an e-mail about my experience and they did apologize and said they were transitioning staff so things were rough...but that was last year.
Sadly I can no longer recommend them and I won't be using them.

Funny.
Most of the posts on this forum have been wildly positive.
Maybe you should send them a registered letter.
Pity to let a couple bad employees ruin a company's reputation.

Maybe a little slack would be nice - so many people are working at home and don't always have perfect answers just when you need them.

Indeed, while working at home is often possible, many services require devices, etc that cannot go home.
Company phones, email may be inaccessible.
I am forced to answer my phone to unknown numbers because it "could" be important.
Usually, it is not, so I block the number--but now the pests know I am alive.

I have used them many times and before last year I always had a good experience. Right now I purchased an item 11 days ago, worth almost a grand, and I've gotten zero response or information.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 9:54 amFunny.

I'm okay with a shipment being delayed, but not with a lack of communication. We aren't talking about a $20 order from Wally World here

I was understanding two times ago, but nothing has improved since then. Meanwhile I've had zero issues with our hosts and I've probably had over 100 orders with them by now.

Re: Second Wind CPAP has gone down the tubes
I had a slightly similar experience with Second Wind last month. Purchased a new (zero hour) Airsense 10 APAP. When received, the unit would not power on. I determined that the power supply was okay. They quickly sent me a new unit, which functions properly.
I am inclined to cut them a lot of slack taking in to account the covid situation as regards employment, working from home, and other similar changes that impact 'business as usual'. There are a lot of businesses that have been forced to downsize or just plain close.
I think of the slow responses of Amazon components ('shipped' doesn't mean the package is moving anywhere, it means the PAPERWORK has been 'created', nothing else) then when it actually gets to an organization that does the package moving, they are slow many times also. This includes the Post Office who lost a padded envelope of mine for almost a month (Amazon order) (It went into the black hole at the USPS distribution center in Kent, WA. and didn't come out until it was slightly mangled, dirty, and covered with what I sincerely HOPE was just red transmission fluid) It showed up at my place wrapped in plastic with a 'we're sorry' form letter in the plastic.
Anyway, Second Wind seems to still be in there slugging away, if not firing on all cylinders all the time. And of course,YMMV, and I hope it's better than mine!

Re: Second Wind CPAP has gone down the tubes
USPS is in a bad place right now.
Long story, which will not be resolved any time soon.
They are still quite effective at delivering mulch.
I am looking for an all-weather paper shredder to mount on the post below the mailbox.
The result can be put on the garden without entering the house..
