Not to rain on the party but I believe the Airsense 10 is a single-pressure CPAP machine, not an APAP.

There is an Airsense 10 Autoset which is... an AUTO machine, but he's selling the Elite, which is an older model and his is an auto as well and probably came in straight Cpap too.
