OT: Help! kidding but not really...

Post by SummerTime » Wed Apr 07, 2021 2:13 am

.

Pugsy... would you kindly/please let me back in when you have time? I promise to be a good girl from now on. I can't even begin to explain what I did because honestly, I'm not sure. I just know that the system will not let me log on as, "Lucyhere".

Finally, I registered as, "SummerTime".

What to do? What to do?

Thanks!

Think what you will people. I can take it.

I haven't messed with your account so I have no idea why you can't log in but you can use this one until we get it figured out.

lucy, i had a similar problem. i think it's part and parcel with the forum software problems we've been plagued with for the last 4 months.

try logging in as lucyhere with either of these links-

i sometimes have to change back and forth. once, i had the same log on problem you had. but i can't remember which link did the trick. :(

good luck!

Carolyn is the one who has the powers to address real log in issues....I don't have those powers at all.
I don't have access to changing passwords or email addresses or anything like that.

I do have access to what is called a moderator log so I can see what action might have been taken to someone's account by myself or Carolyn and nothing has been done to your Lucyhere account. So it's not like you were banned or blocked or something like that.

If you continue to have problems then you will need to contact Carolyn via PM and explain the problem in detail so she can fix whatever is broken.

If I had banned you...I could unban you but that's about all I could do...and I didn't ban you. Heck, I thought you have been really good lately and haven't had any problem with anything to said that might tempt me to give a hand slap.

Thank you Zonker, my friend! I tried both links and SummerTime came up both times. I fiddled with it for over an hour last night and not sure why I couldn't find Lucy?? I may forever more be known as Lucy/Summer because I'm low on patience these days, and don't know when or if Carolyn will be able to get to it. Years ago I wrote her about somethng, can't remember what now, but I never did hear from her. Anyway, I kinda like Summer. I mean.. it's almost Summer, right?

Even more strangeness... I just noticed that when someone posts it says (under their name) how long ago it was posted. Never saw that as, "Lucy". Wonder what else I'm going to find. :)
