Hi All,
I started my CPAP therapy recently with the Airsense 10 auto set and heated tubes with a P10 nasal pillow. I need some help with humidity because if I use the 5 humidity level, I’ll be able to breathe well but will wake up with a dry irritated nose and dry mouth (no leaks detected ever). If I use the 6 humidity level, I go to bed fine, but wake up in the middle of the night after 3 hours completely stuffed and can’t continue therapy since no air can go through, no matter how high the pressure. The auto setting also leaves my mouth and nose feeling dry. It seems like the sweet spot for me would be somewhere in between the 5 and 6 level, what do you all suggest I do? It is frustrating that there’s no 5.5 humidity level...

Have you considered using a room humidifier to augment the '5' setting (or even lower)?
I wonder if your congestion on 5 is really too much humidity rather than not enough. Have you tried lower settings?

Hi All,
welcome to the zoo!
why not use the higher setting then use flonase to keep your nasal passages clear?
good luck!

I have major yearly sinus congestion, and discovered what works for me, humidity at 3 and Arm/Hammer Simply saline. I've tried many nose sprays over the years, most made congestion worse. Simply saline works a charm.
