Ocsar data won't load

Ocsar data won't load

I'm trying to use OSCAR for the 1st time. Got the SD card. Recorded data for the last week.
Downloaded the OSCAR program. The instructions say "With your SD card is in the SD slot or card reader, once you click on Import Data, you will get a small pop up dialog box that looks this:" BUT I do not get that pop-up. The data doesn't seem to load.
Any ideas?

What model of which machine do you have?

What computer?

I don't think it works on a phone.
