ResMed S9 SD Card Not loading all data

11/29/2020 machine fell off night stand, but continued to work normally.
1/14/2021 Noticed SD card loose when removing for reporting. Card only contained data thru 11/28/2020. Expect card came loose in the 11/29 fall.
1/24/2021 removed card for reporting. Now contains data thru 1/13/2021 including what was previously missing after 11/28. Ordered new SD Card
1/28/2021 installed new SD Card.
2/6/2021 Removed new SD card. Now contains data only thru 1/28/2021. Why is card not collecting data daily?
2/18/2021 Removed card again. Still only contains data through 1/28/2021.

You most likely damaged the part that writes to the SD card. You said the SD card was loose at one point. CPAP machines do nor respond well to drops.

tomgates1950 try putting the old card in again. Me thinks that you may have been removing the card too soon after turning the cpap off. Give it at least 1hr before removing the sd card.

Are you getting any messages on the screen when inserting the new card? Does it work in a computer?
