It's time to replace my cpap and I was wondering what machine is the easiest to download the data for OSCAR.
Is it possible to grab the data off of wifi/bluetooth and have it wireless send the data to my computer?
Does phillips or resmed have better data within their apps?

Yes. Check out WiFi SD cards.
Get the Resmed. The general consensus is they perform better, and the leak data is more easily understandable.

any apap with an sd card will work. don't think it's a matter of "fastest" or even easiest.
i'm given to understand that it's getting harder and harder to find wifi sd cards, though i don't know that from experience, just what i've heard.
no other wifi or bluetooth, just good old fashioned sneaker net.

I agree re the ResMed. The leak data are easier to understand, and you get better flow limitation data as well. Outside the data arena, you get true pressure support (aka expiratory pressure relief), which is a valuable option for many people, and many people who've used several brands of machines would say the ResMed does a better job of following your breathing pattern.
If you lean that way, you can't go wrong with the ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset for Her, which has an extra mode that some people, both women and men, find useful.
I'm assuming you don't have a more specialized machine, like a bilevel or ASV machine.

The only fully supported by OSCAR are ResMed (S9, AS10, AC10) and Respironics (Dreamstation, System One)

No devices will transfer OSCAR compliant data to your computer wirelessly. This can be done via a WIFI SD Card, of which only the Toshiba FlashAir (w-03, w-04) is known to work.
The FlashAir is out of production and they have become very difficult to source and have skyrocketed in price.
