no need for apologies. you are going through a sh*t ton of bad things. it's a wonder that you can even get things typed out.i just wish i had the knowledge to help you out.jcpruitt89 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 31, 2021 8:09 pmMy apologies. Ever since the OSA my focus has been dog crap.
My specific complaints are that I'm waking up several times a night from the OSA and it takes me an 45-60 minutes to fall back asleep each time. I assume because of a stress response. Even if i do get 8 hours I'm still exhausted. This all has caused me to have excessive fatigue, weakness, sleepiness, headaches, dizziness, muscle loss, gastrointestinal issues, hand tremors and low libido. In additional to that high blood pressure and occasional chest palpitations.
all i can say is that not every thing is down to sleep apnea. but i think you realize that already.
pugsy is the most knowledgeable person we have here. i will step aside and let her do what she does best. if i think of anything to contribute, i surely will.
best wishes and good luck to you.
