Fisher Paykel Icon Statistics not Updating

Hi all, brand new to the forum, first post.

I have a 10-year-old Fisher Paykel Icon that I stopped using for a while, but have started with again. The flow is fine, but I just noticed over the last few days that the statistics aren't changing. It doesn't seem to be registering any new data. Has anyone else had this problem. I don't know the right keywords to search without getting too many to look through.

Do I need to reset something? If so, how?

not sure if this will help, but i found some videos while doing a google search. didn't look at them myself and i don't own the machine you're talking about.

Have no idea what the problem might be but I suggest starting by getting the provider/clinical manual for your model machine and see if anything in it gives you a clue.

I used to use an Icon+. I am annoyed every time I think about how they try to hide data from the user. I trusted Sleepyhead, but the F&P summaries seemed to show lower AHIs. I am happier with the Resmed S10 Autoset that I bought used.
