If you aren't FEELing well, then we can look for answers, but if you are, just say 'thank you' and find another cause to fuss about. :D :roll:

And stay away from sports watches.

Julie, thank you for gently beating some sense into me... :lol: The thing is that I've felt so bad for so long, and now that there finally seems to be some light I'm terrified that it would go away. Hence troubleshooting every tiny hiccup. :roll:

prkl, thanks for mentioning iron. I wasn't aware of a possible connection to sleep problems; just did some googling on trusted sites and have written to my doctor to ask about doing some blood-work. I turn over incessantly; thought it was caused by pain, now wonder whether it's caused by something else and I just notice the pain every time I wake up.
