resmed S9 VPAP Auto Settings

My sleep Doctor mentioned that my min. EPAP setting of 4 was to low. He would not comment on what it should be and said that it probably could not go higher. Well I checked and it will go as high as my max ipap. The recent report is showing an AHI of 7.5 My current settings are:

max ipap 15.2
min epap 4.0
ps 6.0

If I try min. EPAP to say 6 would I want or need to drop the ps to 4. The Dr is getting ordering a new machine, but it may take a month or 2

The MinEPAP and PS are independent of each other, you adjust each one for different reasons.

Sure, raise the MinEPAP, it may need to go up considerably, I would also raise the MaxIPAP, just put it on 25 unless there's a good reason to reduce it.

post some charts if you want something more than guesses about what your settings should be.
