avaps

hi guys,
What is the difference between the new dream station BiPAP avaps and system one c series BiPAP avaps? I googled. I found the new dream station the IPAP max is 30 whereas in the c series the IPAP max is 25.Thanks

I am planning to buy the system one c series avaps. That's why want to know. If any1 can help me, plz.

Why?
This machine is for some very specific lung issues for people who can't breathe on their own for some medical reason.
It's not for run of the mill OSA or even central apnea issues and really shouldn't be used without direct supervision of from a person's doctor.
While I am gutsy with my own experiments...this type of machine is one that I would never ever go down the DIY route with. It's for people with serious health issues...either lung function or even neuromuscular issues.

I am sending this machine to India for my mother. She has lung issues. and the doctor recommends for her.

Send her the newer DreamStation model. The System One model is very old school and while it will probably do what she needs and she probably won't ever need that max difference of 30 cm...we never know and for our moms we want to send the best option available.
It is what I would do if I was in your situation.
