Resmed 10 pressure won’t increaseI usd

I used my cpap last night successfully. Now tonight, I turned it on for a nap, and the pressure doesn’t go up past 4, when it should be ramping to at least 10. What could cause this to happen?

Also there is a blue snowflake. Previous posts say this is the humidifier and should last 20 minutes, however this has been over an hour.

Unplug your machine for about a minute.
This resets the internal computer, and is worth a try before going on to other problems.

What is the ramp time set to? The ramp starts at 4 but depending on the setting it may take a long time for it to increase.
If it's set to "auto" it waits until the machine thinks you are asleep.
