Not with any regularity I'll occasionally have low mask fit numbers as reported in the DreamMapper software. Philips likes to send an email, "You have a poor mask fit", but on the nights that I do have a 'poor mask fit' either as indicated by DreamMapper or Philips, other numbers that I watch would indicate I had a good night of sleep. One of the numbers is the O2 Score from a Wellue wearable oximeter ring I use at night. The poor mask fit seems to conflict with the AHI number DreamMapper reported, as well the O2 Score which seem to suggest low Apnea-Hypopnea occurrences and that the blood oxygen saturation was good despite a crappy mask fit. Other than air blowing in ones eyes from a poor mask seal, is mask fit a useful number? Perhaps poor mask fit affects others differently?
Screenshots below are from a typical low number mask fit on a given night. Most nights the mask fit is in the mid to high 90's or 100%.

Re: Mask Fit & Other Numbers
What is the model number of your cpap machine? The model number is on a sticker on the blower unit and begins with DSX.
If leaks are really bad then the machine might miss flagging apnea events so the nice low AHI might not mean much.
And just because your O2 levels stay acceptable it doesn't mean apnea events couldn't be disturbing sleep or causing stress on the body.
A lot depends on just how deep into large leak territory you might go and DreamMapper is useless for the needed details.
You are showing the DreamStation CPAP machine in your profile which doesn't collect detailed data.
Lets figure out if you can use OSCAR or not and see the details...hence the question about machine model number.

Re: Mask Fit & Other Numbers
I have used OSCAR with this machine to look at details. OSCAR is on another computer which I try to look at later today if I get time and get a screenshot of anything that looks amiss for that date.
