There's nothing stopping you from adjusting your machine. You just have to know the secret handshake.
It's explained in the manual. A combination of button pushing.

Oh...when you have time you might want to correct your machine model in your equipment profile.
Your machine is on the list of equipment but it's down in the R section and not in the A section with the other AirSense machines.
It will help avoid confusion if you have the correct equipment listed.

I am back! I went to the sleep center yesterday and they fitted me with a new mask and better chin strap. Philips Wisp Nasal. Some observations with this mask. Less puffy right eye. Lowest AHI at 0.7 over past 22 days. Best mask seal at 6 l/min. Lots of red marks on the bridge of my nose in morning. I think the reason I outperformed on this mask compared to the bleep is that the bleep disconnected almost every night from the hose. Not the main hose connection, the little bleep connector to the joint that connects into the main hose. Hard to explain, but this comes off easily. Anyway, doesn't matter.

I did have a problem last night. I think my hose heater is broken. I was getting heavy rainout at a 4 humidity. I even woke choking from the moisture in the mask. How to do I check the hose? It doesn't feel warm. I think if I didn't have the rainout I might have slept 6 hours straight. This mask is very quiet and easy to move. No hose issues. I had to wear a chin strap they gave me and that stopped the mouth leaks. Just the rainout was annoying. I have another mask coming that fits over my mouth. Airtouch F20. Since my mouth pops open might be better than fussing with a chin strap too. What a journey.

What temperature is the heated hose set at?
What temperature is your bedroom?
Is the condensation just in the mask or in the hose as well?

The heated hose won't feel all that warm to touch because the most the air temp can go to is 86 degrees and our bodies are around 98 degrees so just about anything less than 98 degrees won't feel warm.

To check actual temperature of the air with heated hose to see if it is delivering the set temperature you need to use some sort of digital thermometer that you can put the probe within the hose at the mask end after it has been running about 15 minutes and while it is running (so if using smart start you will need to turn that feature off). I have seen these sort of thermometers on Amazon for about 10 bucks. I don't know if a personal thermometer (like you use on yourself) that records digitally will go low enough but if you have one of those you might try it.

The condensation was in the mask. Rooms temp was 71. Hose temp was set to max - 86.

I think we have had this discussion before...our breath contains moisture which can also condense in the mask.
I know people using cpap without any humidifier and they get condensation in the mask.

So that said...my house is at about 65 degrees and I use a setting of 6 for humidity and 86 degrees for hose temp and I don't get condensation in the mask and I don't use any short hose cozy either. So....it wouldn't be impossible that your heated hose isn't doing a good job and it needs to be checked out or if you have a spare heated hose...use it.

Or see if you can find a thermometer and see if it is actually doing 86 degrees. If it is functioning like it should then we have to assume that your own exhaled breaths are containing lots of moisture and there is a tipping point and look at other options to prevent condensation. Short hose cozy maybe or even a nasal cushion cozy (which would help with the red marks with the Wisp cushion) if one is available. Have to keep the air temp inside the mask itself warmer so it doesn't release the moisture.

I think I figured out what went wrong. I didn't have the water tank pushed in all the way to the machine. Once I clicked it in all the way I noticed a difference. My guess the water wasn't being heated in the tank or there was air leakage around the tank so water never got warm so it appeared the hose wasn't working. This cpap is like trying to put a rocket into space every night. So many check list things to make sure are done right. Very curious this evening to see how things turn out since I seemed to have a good mask seal and chin strap that works. So close to a moment of "ah ha!" this is what everyone is shooting for! I have a clown face though. That's another problem. First figure out sleep. Then appearance. Good lord this is not a plug and play item at all.
