This board has been helpful to me, so thought I would share my experience with this CPAP machine. My normal machine is an AirSense 10 with a 15 mm hose.
Finally decided to shell out the $900 for a travel cpap. I looked at all the options and decided on the Dream Station Go. My local DME did not stock it, so I ordered online. The DSGo is about half the size, bulk wise, as my Airsense 10. It is not light, and with the added humidifier still takes up more room than I would like, but it should be easy enough to pack directly in my luggage. I had 15 days to return, so used it for 3 nights to make sure it would work for me. Although the pressure seemed too high against the exhale, I was able to fall asleep with it on all three nights. I talked to the DME about how to reduce the pressure. They had me put the FLEX pressure up to 3 from 2. That seemed to help a little. I asked if the smaller tube size (12 mm) might be causing the sensation of too much pressure coming in when I exhaled, and they said it might. They offered to get me a larger hose size. However, the problem was not that bad and I figured I could get used to the different pressure. The third night I slept with it on all night and seemed to sleep well, so I have decided to keep it as is. I will try it out for real when I got to Arizona next month for a family event. So far I am not having any regrets about this purchase. It should make travel easier. I travel with a heavy camera and heavy binoculars (birdwatcher) so I needed to cut down weight when I travel. If I did not have to haul those heavy items every trip, I may have been content to just travel with my regular cpap. However, added advantage is not having to worry about distilled water. The DSGo says tap water is ok......just clean out water tank with vinegar on a regular basis.

With your ResMed and EPR set to 3, upon exhale you are experiencing a 3CM pressure drop. Flex settings of 1, 2, and 3 are not a measurement of CM drop. Think of it as low, medium and high.Extradish wrote: ↑Mon Sep 14, 2020 11:31 amAlthough the pressure seemed too high against the exhale, I was able to fall asleep with it on all three nights. I don't know how much of a drop a Flex setting of 3 is, what you could do is set it to 3 and then look at the pressure difference between the inhale and exhale on your OSCAR pressure graph.
But a different size hose is not the cause of your higher exhale pressure, Respironics Flex simply doesn't reduce the pressure on exhale as much as ResMed.
