Humidifier Woes

Post by Grant I » Thu Mar 10, 2005 9:28 am

(I have copied this post into a new topic)
I have a "RemStarPro Cflex" with heated humdifier. I have my humidifier set at 5 (thanks to you guys here--I previously didn't know it was adjustable...) My bedroom is 70 degrees, and I never have rainout--never even use more than 1-1.5" of water in the tank in 6-8 hours. Is my almost 2-yr old unit dying? Let me know now, as I see the doc today to get him to switch me to APAP, and was going to keep the old humidifier. I'll make them replace the whole kit & kaboodle if this isn't working correctly!!

Thanks!@!
Grant

sounds like it may not be working correctly. You may need a new h/h - go for it, epecially if your insurance will pay for it.
