ZBox treatment

This is some kind of respiratory muscle training it seems. I use The Breather, and it has helped considerablu with strengthening diaphragm and making my breathing easier. This ZBox sounds like it is supposed to target other muscles though. There definitely are some studies on didgeridoos improving apnea.

Play your didgeridoo, Blue,
Play your didgeridoo.
Keep playing 'til I shoot through, Blue,
Play your didgeridoo.
All together now!
Tie me kangaroo down, sport,
Tie me kangaroo down.

And that 2006 "study" is why sleep apnea is no longer a problem in the world and the cpap industry has gone out of business.

It's a pretty stupid premise, no matter how "strong' or "toned" your muscles are when you're awake, they're *RELAXED* when you're asleep.

But, ya know, you can find almost any kind of dreck that's been published if you look hard enough.

Including some peer reviewed scientific articles on mitichlorians: https://www.discovermagazine.com/mind/p ... wars-sting
