I'm awake !!!!!

I just started the CPAP machine this past Friday. I've noticed the difference already. I haven't had to take a nap yet. I'm so alert.

For the last three years, I had been so sleepy. I thought it was from being anemic. I would get sleepy while driving and during meetings. It was very hard to do anything with my kids because I was so sleepy.

Now, hopefully things will get better.

I know when I started cpap I felt as I had been given another chance at life. It was truely uplifting. I suppose that is why I now do sleep for a living.
