Hi DD. I believe even your dentist can write you a prescription for a mask.
Oscar software is available at https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

Okay...I have some masks to send you so don't go buying anything just yet.
Keep what you will use. The ones you hate please offer them on the forum as freebies for someone else to try if they want to try them.
They are all in too good of a shape to be wasted. They are usable and useful to at least try for sizing and general fit or general comfort.

A couple of nasal pillow masks and a couple of different full face masks as well.

I also just found the Respironics Wisp and it's brand new. The headgear was still taped together and I had to put it all together to make sure it was all there.

Should I be worried about the clear airway event? Only thing I have changed recently is using the humidifier. It's set on 3.

Not sure why that posted three times and I have no idea how to delete them.
One can delete one's own posts, so long as there isn't any posts following them. There will be an X icon in the upper right of it's still eligible.

Having said that, what you cab do is edit the post removing the content and substituting, "Accidental duplicate post", this way others can scroll through it quickly. You can also "Report" the duplicate and a moderator can delete it. This may be overkill though as it's not much of an issue.

A few CAs are absolutely not a problem and show up all the time for most people.

Or I can come along and just remove the duplicates if I see them, which I did here.
As to why they happen sometimes. I don't know because I know I have had them happen to myself as well and I know with absolute certainty I didn't push the submit button twice or three times. A while back I went through 2 days where every post I made showed up twice then it just quit. I just blame it on the forum software aliens wanting to mess with me.

Don't worry about occasional central apneas being flagged. Some might be the real deal and some might just be where we turn over in bed and hold our breath kind of thing. Not a big deal. We all can have an occasional real central happen. Doesn't mean anything bad or that anything needs to be done or we did something wrong. Unless we start seeing a lot of them or in dense clusters we just ignore them.

Any reason to be concerned about a hypopnea event? 0.11

I don't think so but just something different popping up.

No reason for concern for random isolated events of any kind.
We can't kill all of them no matter what pressure we use. Some are awake false positive flagging and some are real asleep flagging but as long as the numbers are low and we are sleeping and feeling decent we don't go searching for 0.0 events. It's an unrealistic goal.
I always have something of some sort flagged. Some are real asleep and some are false positives.

not at all. i've spent the last six months @ 0.65 ahi. i will STILL get events. of course i will, otherwise i'd be at zero. (derp)

mostly i will an obstrcutive or ca. and now and then a hypopnea.

when i first started out, i would be concerned over each and every thing popping up on the charts.

now, as long as my sleep is good and my ahi hasn't gone nuts, i just shrug my shoulders and move on.

soon, you will too.
