Oscar question

Post by Catnapper » Tue Jul 28, 2020 12:43 pm

I just started looking at the results from my machine on Oscar. When I tell it to import from the disc, it backs up everything from the dawn of time (2 years +) before adding the last day or two. Can that be avoided? It takes a long time.

Old woman here.

Which Oscar version? There is a new version available.

I haven't had this problem myself ....actually with the older or newer version so I am at a loss as to what is happening.

If you aren't using the newer version...give it a try...it's at the top of the main page and if you still have the problem you might comment in that thread and see what BlueDragon or bonjour has to offer about the delay.

When you start a new profile, the program will read every file on the card. After that, it should only read dates that are not in the OSCAR database. The first download can be time consuming. After that, it should download faster.

Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.
