i think the only other member with any "seniority" that DOES look every day is wulfman.
I check the charts every day for myself and my wife. I can download the data through the WiFi so I don't get the cards mixed up.

. . .
If you look at the Sleep Report on your machine's screen, you will get lots more data than the MyAir...and it's available the minute you wake up.
The setting for ESSENTIALS must be PLUS.
This is how I do it.
I've got absolutely no use for MyAir.
My providers access what little data they need via the phone home program.
I see what I need on the screen, right when I wake up.
It is more than stupid MyAir shows.

So when somebody calls "MyAir" stupid, you interpret it as calling "You" stupid......

OK then, in that case, I find MyAir to be an overly sensitive, snowflake.

MyAir was designed to offer MINIMAL data.
Not stupid, but uneducated--is that better?
The designers I would characterize as inept.
The OP, unfortunately, not stupid, but misinformed.

um, i would ask you very politely to re-read what the frog has written.

i don't think that the offense you've taken was proffered to you.

please read the sentence without the eord stupid in it. "stupid" is describing MyAir and not you.

or at least, that's how i read it.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

My opinion of myAir changed early this year when I acquired a new CPAP machine. It's made compliance reporting to the DME and on to the insurance company effortless for me. I don't even know it is going on. But, the insurance company is paying their part of the DME's bill every month and will continue to do so for a total of 13 months.

myAir has also made compliance reporting easier for the DME. Anything in the medical chain that brings efficiencies is a good thing.

Another point is about compliance. The smart RT at my DME says that her patients have greatly improved their compliance since myAir became available. It's a motivating tool especially for newbies.

So, even though I personally never look at myAir, I am all in favor of it. ResMed did a good thing.

You have to go into the clinical menu setup area and change a setting.
Essentials....from On to Plus.
The default from the factory is for "On" which is just for showing hours of use.
To get any other details the Essentials setting must be set to "Plus"

Explained in the clinical manual.
