And thank god some of us do! How else would I have been able to show the RT how to assemble the hybrid and the optilife masks? How else would I have retitrated myself when the MD said 1 titration every 2 years no matter what and the RT said they could do nothing to help?

Oh, don't get me wrong. I loved the lesson. I just didn't like waiting two weeks for my gear. In this day of just-in-time supply chains and overnight everything, it seemed needless to have to wait that long. Maybe my vendor should have ordered it overnight and brought it to me the next day, or something.
