If you put the sd card back in the machine will update with most of the data that accumulated while the card was out.thesleepermustawake wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 12:33 am
I changed it from 4 to 6 - do you mean I should try raising it even more?
I noticed I had a dry mouth this morning - unfortunately I forgot to put the SIM card back in the machine last night.
I'll ask my partner if I'm breathing through the mouth
the machine's sleep report had 2 green smily faces though, and it reported that I spent 8.30 hours with the mask on.
what are the opinions on the myAir website reports? are they trustworthy?
that was one of the reasons I upgraded my machine
I did suggest you bump it from 6, yes. My idea was that as the pressure increases you are awakening from insufficient treatment until you unconsciously remove it.
I also think that as the pressure grows the mask may be leaking. Towards that I suggest you set the machine to its maximum pressure, turn it on and work out any leaks. When you've done that return the settings to normal.
I am not sure what pressure the mask fit process uses for a pressure...

Lastly, be patient even if you are at wits end. This is a process and there is no quick fix.
