I agree 100% with Mary. I had to find a dry eye specialist, which has been totally worth it! My dry eye, which was very mild pre-CPAP became so severe I am now sleeping with a silicone eye mask to protect my eyes at night (along with other therapies during the day)! The mask has helped me tremendously. It rests on the cheekbones/browbones and does not touch the eyes at all. It helps to conserves moisture from the eye area, actually gets tiny moisture beads on the inner surface within minutes of putting it on. While not a substitute for seeing a doctor, you might want to at least take a look at it as another option to try.
