I tried CPAP a decade ago and gave up. New CPAP machine is remarkably better. I set a new year's goal to improve sleep quality, diet and weight. 100 days on CPAP therapy and I feel more rested and have more energy.
Here are my charts for the last three nights. I'm not too worked up about the variability of sleep, but if someone reads the charts and has suggestions, I would appreciate it. I've been reading the forum, but I really don't understand the charts well enough to know what if anything to change. I know I snore and there seem to be events when I snore. Not sure what else to do.
Kudos to the programmer/analysts who did the work on Oscar. Looking at my data is one of the first things I do in the morning. Great resource for this community.
Thanks in advance.

I think you are doing pretty well. It wouldn't hurt to slightly increase your minimum pressure. You have the wrong machine in your profile. You are showing the AirStart when it should be the AirSense....It is listed under R for ResMed rather than A.

Thank you LSAT. I made the correction to my profile and increased the minimum pressure. I'll see how it goes and post an update in a few weeks.
