Hubby finally got my old laptop working a little better. So I decided to download Oscar and give it a try.

How does this look? Did I do it right?

Just checking, before I need it. Everything seems stable for now but with gym classes closed and triple digits outside I'm not getting the exercise I should. Even the malls which used to open up early for walkers are not doing that right now. I told my family, when we are all working again, getting a pool has moved to the top of the list of projects.

I guess I'm not the only one pool companies are reporting months of backlog right now.

oh, i hear you. that's one of the things i've learned about myself on my cpap journey. movement is key. i still get in my walk every day but i feel i need more.

my health club is doing a 'soft" reopening but there is nothing there i want. if they can get to the point where maybe they have special senior hours (along with distancing and so forth), i'll consider going back.

lack of good exercise is for sure having a bit of an effect on my sleep.

The only thing I would change is the line thickness of the graphs.

Your's look a little thick and you loose a little detail. You should be able to change the line thickness in Preferences / Appearance / Graph Settings / Line Thickness

I wouldn't worry about changing anything on those graphs. I didn't have a problem at all evaluating things and it's such a boring report (as I assume most of your reports are) that I wouldn't be looking all that often if it were me.

There's not much that needs to be seen....and that's a good thing.

Much prettier than my reports but then most of any ugly I see is related to SWJ because of a bad night in terms of sleep quality itself from the other issues that mess with my sleep.
I download maybe once a month and usually just glance at the last couple of detailed reports and that's the extent of what I do.
I already know that 80% of anything I see flagged is related to arousal breathing. No need to put stuff under the microscope just to see what I have seen hundreds and hundreds of times before.

Very nice report. Pat yourself on the back and stick out your chest and go find something more worthwhile to do.

If you can't find anything....I got some garden watering I could use some help with. We moved to Hell a few days ago and it sure is hot and hard on my gardens. I am trying to figure out how to send you some of our heat and humidity as a small gift.

Exactly. Movement helps me sleep so much better. Its just too hot to even walk at night unless I get up and go while its still dark at like 3 am. I am not a fan of walking in the dark with so much craziness right now. We are less than a mile away from some of the protests and my husband can't walk with me due to his back issues. Our lows are mid 70's so its not like its exactly a cool walk even then.

You can send the heat but keep your humidity. At our temps humidity would probably kill me.

You're right, it's set as low as it goes. Might be a difference in resolution or screen size between my system and your laptop.

I even keep the humidity turned down on my machine. I never go above 2 and usually keep it at 1.

I hear you.
The wind doesn't blow all the time but when it does and when it's 110 degrees out....just feels like a blast furnace fan.

Offers a bit of relief but not all that much. Makes what little sweat a person might have go away even faster so actually less cooling effect overall since so short term. Seems like there wasn't much of a happy medium with the breezes...either full blast hurricane force winds or non existent.

Better than the no wind that I am dealing with now though. Hot humid and not a leaf is stirring to help out.
Wonder how much attention I would get if I just go outside naked and tell people I am just taking a 10 minute sauna break.
