i am a short term user whom is having real issues with my full face mask
i scratch at my head and face constantly sometimes causing harm to myself i try and try constantly
m wife is at her wits end stopping me being at my face and head

welcome to the zoo! not a lot to go on here. but i was wondering if maybe a full face mask just isn't for you. perhaps try a nasal pillow mask or a nasal mask.

Or you haven't yet tried the FF one most suitable for you (and do that lying down cuz your face changes a lot then) out of the very many ones available. Look on Cpap.com for variety.
