ASV machines are much more aggressive and when they "do their thing" it can take quite a bit of adjusting to get used to.

Are you spending much time with the mask and machine on and you are awake?

I have one suggestion to try for now....your PS setting...let's limit the max PS and stop the rapid wide fluctuations.
Set the minimum PS to 3 which is where it is now and set the max PS to 5.
No other changes at this time.

Well, darn. It won't let me set the max PS down below a difference of 5 between the min PS and the max PS. Therefore, if my min PS is 3, my max PS can go no lower than 8. So, if I want to set the max PS to 5, the min PS has to be 0. I'm going to leave it at 3 (min) and 8 (max) for tonight. Thanx again.

So, last night was the longest I've slept so far. Sadly, I woke up in the middle of the night due to back pain, but I didn't have any of that feeling of too much pressure on the mask and breathing (exhaling) was much easier. I'm going to keep these settings for a while and see how it goes. Thanx for the assistance!
