Anyone have problems equalizing after starting cpap?

This shouldn't be a thing. Your entire body is not being subjected to an additional amount of pressure other than what you're normally exposed to. It's an air-patency thing -- keeping the airway open only. If you've been diagnosed with OSA and your apnea is well treated, it shouldn't be a problem. That said... are you experiencing a challenge? Have you heard of others having similar challenges?

I know that high altitude can be problematic for CPAP machines themselves. Many are not reliable over specified altitudes.

If you suspect you're in sad shape, probably best not to do deep dives until you're cleared medically, eh?
