That is where the Lansinoh helps. Put a small amount on the sore area and leave just enough without for the micropore tape to adhere to. It is kind of an art.

The mask will tend to keep the tape in place.

Well it's a good thing ronrugus asked.... I woulda had a heck of a time gettin that tape loose !

On my p10 I used a large pillow. Since the pillows on the P30i are similar thought I would use the same size pillow. But a large irritated my nose. Switched to a medium pillow and since them the P30i has been great

The thing between the holes is the septum.
The holes are the nares.
