Thank you, please see below "typical" nights where I have the mask on, for most of the night. There are many nights where I rip the mask off at 2-3AM. There are also some nights where I don't wear it at all, though these are a lot less common.

anonaboy , welcome!
Consider swapping the "mask pressure" graph with the "pressure" graph in images you send. This graph is more useful. Leave all the other graphs in the same place. Just swap out "mask pressure" for "pressure".
Also, please check out Pugsy's tips for newbies. (See "Newbies Start Here" link in my signature.) These tips will help other forum members help you better.
What mask are you using? Maybe you just have a mask that isn't fitting well for you. The reason I wonder is because you're getting a lot of large leaks. Large leaks means less time in therapy. What masks have you tried so far?
Your numbers aren't terrible. It's just not enough hours on the Autoset.

Thank you, I have reposted the screenshots using "Pressure" instead of "Mask Pressure" below.
I was using the ResMed N30i, which is the one that just sits UNDER your nose. This is the mask that all screenshots are based on. I think it's leaking a little, and/or I am opening my mouth at night. For these reasons, I am now trialling a ResMed F20, which is a fullface mask.

Do those leaks wake you up? Some nights you are having a lot of leaks....big enough to impact sleep quality and therapy effectiveness.
Do you wake often during the night?
Do you take any medications of any kind, if so, what?
I think they probably do wake me up, at least sometimes. I am trialing a fullface mask at the moment, the ResMed F20. So far I've used it for two nights, but both mornings I have woken up with the mask around my neck (I.e. I've pulled it off in the middle of the night in my sleep).
I do not consciously wake often at night. I would say 70% of nights I don't wake up - at least I can't remember waking up. About 30% of the time I can remember waking up briefly, ripping off the mask potentially, and going back to sleep. I don't really know why I pull it off, it just hinders me going back to sleep once I am awake. Having said this, I don't really have much of a problem going to sleep with the mask on at bedtime, so I don't know what's going on really.
