For these last two:
Are you getting much actual sleep on these nights, or did you feel like you're simply lying awake much of the time?

Chris
Didn't feel like I stayed lying awake either night

2 nights ago I woke up a few times

Last night I don't recall waking up at all until about 6 am which is unusual but good when it happens

Nice! It's possible you're getting a lot of REM sleep.

I don't have a Bipap, so I'm not familiar with the best settings to change. I know on an Autoset, with the low number of centrals, the clumps of Obstructives and Hypopneas, I'd think about raising my minimum pressure one 1cm to see if more of the events resolve. I'm sure others will come along with suggestions that might steer your settings in the right direction soon.

Chris

It would be EPAP that needs to be increased a bit.
The general rule EPAP for OAs and IPAP for hyponeas (but sometimes we just do EPAP because increasing EPAP will also increase IPAP by default).
Those OA clusters look very suspicious for REM stage sleep clusters. The timing sure looks like when we normally would be having REM.

I would try minimum EPAP 11...no other changes and evaluate...give it 4 or 5 days and see what happens. Might need a little more EPAP but I would give things time to settle down and the body to adjust. I personally have seen the AHI reduce by 50 % with no changes in anything except giving things some time.

Thank you both for taking the time to look at it and offer suggestions. I’ll give it a try.
