If you could take a zoomed in look at your CAs, that would be helpful. If you are having arousal breathing that triggers the CAs, the CAs themselves are probably nothing to worry about and will subside as you adapt to treatment.* The question, though, would be why you are having the arousals. But if you aren't having arousals, that's not the question.
* Central apneas are a cessation of breathing for at least ten seconds even though the airway is clear. With the arousal...CA pattern, the deeper breathing washes out enough CO2 to tell your brain, "no need to breathe just now." Then while you are not breathing, the CO2 builds back up, until you start breathing again. The neurochemical whatnots (to get really technical for a moment) slowly adapt, and then that same level of CO2 washout is no longer enough to trigger a cessation of breathing. Or at any rate that's my understanding!
