Encore Pro 2 PR system one auto cpap. Can't download the data. I ran checkdisk on the sd card, no luck. The cpap says the SD is valid when I insert.

2.2. I'm trying to send an intro email to a new sleep dr but due to the restrictions I've got to email the info. I didn't want to send OSCAR as it isn't 'official'. Restrictions as it's telehealth unless I 'need' to be seen in the office.

Below is encore pro. I am able to view the data in Encore Basic but only compliance data.

I am sorry but I don't know why version 2.2 won't recognize the 560 P machine.
