Chris...My PC is virtually brand new, purchased in Dec 2019 and totally up to date by MS standards. I did use a different SD card last night, totally empty and can see the folders for yesterday's date but nothing imports, and my Profile that I set up (again) after reinstalling Oscar disappears after closing/reopening the app. I found a backup of my Profile on one of my backup drives and will copy/paste it into the empty folder on my C Drive>User>Me>Docs to see if that might help.

Wow, that is odd. It seems unlikely that there is a virus involved, since it wouldn't likely hit something as obscure as OSCAR exclusively, and you probably have some form of computer virus protection on your system. This one is a puzzler.

You said you re-installed your OSCAR profile... Have you uninstalled and reinstalled OSCAR?

Chris

Chris: Yes, I did a total uninstall/reinstall, followed by re-entry of my profile. After closing/reopening the app the profile had vanished. I was unable to locate it anywhere within File explorer. I was able to find on an EHD a copy of the file backed up, so I copied/pasted it to the location that it was supposed be at on my PC, and it is still there. I am going to put the SD card I used last night into the PC and see how it imports. A gentleman on the Apnea Board forum had me .zip the contents of my old card and send to him via Dropbox so he could analyze it. He got it to import. Yes, baffling! I protect my PC with Defender and Malwarebytes Premium, so I don't suspect a virus or malware, either. I'll post back when I know more. Thanks for your interest, Chris. Jeff

Sorry you're having to go through this! I hope you learn something that will be useful for others if the situation pops up again for someone else. Good luck!
