Been a while
Been a while
Been a while. I am a mouth breather. I've gone up and down in high pressure between 8.0 to 13.0 (no gas and gas) and receive varying AHI's - avg. 8. Lately whether set higher or lower I am continuously getting AHI's averaging about 8. I switched on 3/14 from an F30 to an F30i but probably getting more leakage. Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried to attach my report - not sure if it worked. Won't allow me to drag in a PDF or just not doing correctly.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Been a while
I followed Granny's procedure- clicked attachments, then add files. That took me to a listing of my downloads. Nothing there. Then I clicked on Desktop listing and it was not in the listing even though I have it on my desktop. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Been a while
Zonker, I went into documents, then oscar data file, then screenshots and there are old screenshots in there. How do I make new screen shots and put them in there and then how do I get them out of there?

Re: Been a while
What operating system are you using on your computer?
If using Windows....use the Snipping Tool to take screen shots and save them to your desktop so they are easy to find to link to. Google "how to use the Snipping TooL"
If using some other operating system...there's usually some way to take a screen shot. Google it. "How to take a screen shot on a so and so computer".
OSCAR will even take a screen shot for you...Click on View on the top left side and see "take screen shot or F12".

Re: Been a while
those screenshots, made by hitting F12 if you are on a windows machine, should go there. if not, search your computer for "screenshot-2020*" but without the quotation marks. they should show up.
i know you can do this because you've done it before. please see the link i gave above to your original thread. or let me just put it here again-
viewtopic/t176717/Improving.html
you can do this. i've got faith in you. try again and let us know how it works out.

Re: Been a while
you got it!!
now, one more thing. (you had to know there would be one more thing, right?)
please put your graphs in this order-
Suggested Support Order for your charts
Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limit (Only for Resmed machines, not on Respironics)
this way, the experts (I AM NOT ONE) can see what they need and can help you easier.

Re: Been a while
Good job on the screenshot and attaching. Next time you post a chart, do work on the layout so that it looks like the sample Zonker posted.
* Turn off the pie chart (File - Preferences - Appearance - uncheck the pie box)
* Stack these five graphs at the top:
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Flow limitations
Don't include any other graphs in the screenshot; move them down out of the way. People will ask for them if they want to see them.
If you have trouble squeezing in those five charts, you can grab the horizontal gray bars separating the graphs and move them up until those five graphs all fit.
It's true you have leak problems, but the bigger problem is that you are seeing too many obstructive events and flow limitations. An expert will need to give you advice about how to address that.
