resmed 10 will not save to sd card

i purchased a 2nd hand resmed 10 cpap (not an auto set) i didnt know there was a cpap and a apap model ,and i have a apap model already for myself, well anyways this is my issue.i set this all up for my wife,put the sd card in and she sleeps with it on,And the next day there is only the time worn,and ahi number,and no leaks msg. It doesn't show any graphs on sleepy head or oscar . Im not sure if i bought a bad unit,is there a firmware download to update,i leave it in airplane mode because its 2 hand,do i dare to call resmed tech support?? thx for any advice

Welcome to the forum.

Look on the front lower right corner of the machine and tell us all the words you see.
I suspect that it is the ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine and it doesn't record anything but AHI and hours of use and maybe a leak number and pressure number.
If you see "CPAP" on the front...there's nothing wrong with it ....it just doesn't record all that extra data the AutoSet or Elite records.
Nothing that you can do to fix it either.

There are about 14 *different* "resmed 10" machines.

For insurance or regulatory bodies that require compliance data.

Because some places might want to see the past usage data and could only use the SD card.
It does have all past hours of usage as well as the AHI which is better than hours of use only.

Hours of use come into play often when someone wants to prove that they use their machine for some reason like their job might require it.

Compliance is the only data required by law.
Yeah, that really is messed up . . .
