Any way to reduce humidity?

Post by Dolphinjon » Thu Feb 20, 2020 1:12 pm

I recently moved from the US to the Amazon region of Brazil. I have quickly discovered that during the rainy season I very much do not need to use a humidifier. I've still got it attached just to reduce the noise, but I don't have any water in it. It's currently so humid that it feels like I'm using a humidifier on 11. It's just really humid here.

Any ideas for how to reduce the humidity a bit? It's not a huge deal, but it's getting to be a bit annoying at times as it feels like I'm just on the edge of having rainout.

If your humidity is turned off, any humidity is NOT coming from the CPAP....All you can do is put an Air Conditioner or dehumidifier in your room.

Assuming you already use air conditioning, https://www.amazon.com/s?k=room+dehumid ... _ss_i_1_10

Thank you both! I'm running an AC at night and that definitely is helpful. I'll look at getting a dehumidifier.
