what happens when you try? which exact steps are you using and where does it fail?

go through the process and write down what you are doing.

i'm not sure that this will help us figure it out, but it might. back in the early eighties, i was trying to run a hobbyist bulletin board on my computer. i was lucky in that i found someone, who later became a good friend, who knew that software inside and out. he finally told me that I NEEDED TO TELL HIM THE STEPS. otherwise, he didn't know where i had failed.

maybe we can do the same here.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

If the statics page shows up and the graphs don't I suspect it probably has to do with an old graphics driver in the computer.
Now if nothing showed up...maybe a problem with the software but there is obviously some data in there or the statistics page wouldn't be available.

The graphs aren't critical though...We can see event categories in the statistics both for daily and long term. Gets us in the ball park.

To get rid of the calendar click the "arrow" in the date field. Clicking again will bring it back.

Thanks jes that fix worked .got Oscar up and running.. Last night I also used a pillow under my chin and my ahi dropped to 1.48. I really need to get a soft collar as it is obvious that my head is dropping when I sleep.

Yep, makes the airway more prone to collapse.

I recommend this collar for starters - https://www.walmart.com/ip/DMI-Orthoped ... e/36782313

That's a 3.5-inch firm foam. I use the 4.0-inch firm foam, but most people prefer one a little smaller.

I use firm because it lasts longer and is more effective.

I tried the tynor soft collar with support but I think it was to hard and big. My chin to chest size is 5.5 inches. Are we talking about thickness of the collar 3 or 4 inch or length from chin to chest etc? . I just got the small mask.it doesn't look much smaller but it's smaller in the right areas below the lips and below the nose.perfect fit. Advice appreciated as always.
